We Take Care of Your Problems Carefully
Caribbean Breeze Assisted Living has been serving the seniors of Calvert County and their families for over 20 years. We are owned and operated by a Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. Our seniors reside at either of our four locations, two in Owings and two in Huntingtown, Maryland. Discover complete peace of mind when you place your loved one at any of these locations. We provide care and personal attention for the elderly that you can trust. We handle everything from meals and interaction with primary care physicians to medical care.
Caribbean Breeze Assisted Living is a senior housing alternative that offers around-the-clock support. Our locations are actual residential homes, comparable to other homes in their neighborhood. General occupancy is five residents maximum, with two caregivers depending on the care needs of our seniors. Most of our guests have their own private room, with a bathroom right outside the door.
Schedule Of Fees
Community Fee: Equal to one month’s room fee (non-refundable). Required to secure preferred room.

- Two-Person Transfer (if required)
$400.00 / Month - Respite Stay (minimum 10 days, when available)
$300.00 / Day, plus applicable care level fee
Terms
Agreements are renewed annually. However, either party may terminate with a 30-day notice.
Please note: All payments including the Community Fee, first month’s rent, and applicable care level fee are due prior to or at move-in.
