About Us
Caribbean Breeze Assisted Living has been serving the seniors of Calvert County and their families for over 20 years. We are owned and operated by a Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. Our seniors reside at either of our four (4) locations - 2 in Owings and 2 in Huntingtown Maryland. Discover complete peace of mind when you place your loved one at either of the above-mentioned locations. We provide care and personal attention for the elderly that you can trust. We handle everything from meals, interaction with primary care physician and medical care.
Caribbean Breeze Assisted Living is a senior housing alternative that offers around-the-clock support.Our locations are actual residential homes, comparable to other homes in their neighborhood. General occupancy is 5 residents maximum, with 2 caregivers depending on the care needs of our seniors. Most of our guests have their own private room, with bathroom right outside the door.

Community Fee: equal to 1 month room fee (non-refundable)
Semi-Private Room
$4,750.00 / Month
Semi-Private Room (with bath)
$4,880.00 / Month
Private Room
$5,380.00 / Month
Private Room (with bath)
$5,765.00 / Month
Care Level I additional fee
$0.00
Care Level II additional fee
$575.00 / Month
Care Level III additional fee
$895.00 / Month
If a resident requires two-person transfer then there is an additional fee - $400/Month
Respite stay when available (minimum 10 day) - $295/day, plus level of care
Agreements are renewed yearly, however, the obligation to each other is 30 days – no matter what.
*Care Level Fees may apply, they are based on the Maryland State Level of Care scoring system.
